Are you looking for the perfect place to enjoy dinner and drinks with your significant other or friends on Valentine’s Day? Well, we have you covered with a beautiful dinner menu that will set the tone for a memorable holiday on Friday, February 14th!
For Valentine’s this year, Chef Charles Nichols has built a three course menu of rich and indulgent flavors that are sure to leave you and your dinner guest feeling pampered and spoiled. Our fine craft beer minds behind the bar have also joined in on the action by carefully selecting the perfect brews to complement each course of your dinner (full menu below). If you somehow need further incentive, we are going to start the whole thing off with a reception featuring chocolate covered strawberries and sour beer. Who doesn’t want that?
Cost of the dinner with beer pairings is $60 per person before tax and gratuity. If you have another beverage in mind for the evening, you also have the option to enjoy the three course menu without the beer pairings for $48 per person before tax and gratuity. Reservations are required for this dinner and they are very limited. Roasted organic carrots, house-made vegetable stock, freshly ground spices finished with toasted pumpkin seeds and Greek yogurt

Pan Seared Florida Gulf Grouper
Served with fresh haricot verts, roasted cherry tomatoes, smoked Gouda grits, lima bean purée, and lime-chili oil beurre blanc
Crispy Fried Smoked Duck Breast
In-house smoked Culver duck breast, flash fried, served atop smoked Gouda grits, roasted cherry tomatoes, sautéed haricot verts, and finished with a roasted shallot cream sauce

Flourless Chocolate Cake
