10th Anniversary Cask Festival, April 15

24 March 2017 No Comment

Saturday, April 15th
Cobb Lane, Noon – 5pm

We’ve got “Cobblestones & Casks” in store for our special Cask Festival celebrating our 10th Anniversary.

This ticketed event includes 10 collectible drink coupons and a commemorative tasting glass.

The drink coupons will get you access to the 10 one-of-a-kind brews specially designed for our 10th Anniversary. We reached out to 10 VIPs from our 10-year history and connected them with breweries right here in Birmingham and Alabama. Since a lot has changed for craft beer lovers in Alabama over the last ten years—let’s raise a glass to the progress we’ve made and our bright future ahead.

The festivities will also include live music, area vendors, and food including: Beer Brats, Pocket Pies, and Bacon-on-a-stick.

Tickets for the Cask Festival are limited—but the restaurant will be open to all.

Tickets are $30

Participating Breweries:

  • Avondale
  • Cahaba
  • Fairhope
  • Ghost Train
  • Good People
  • Red Hills
  • Rocket Republic
  • Straight to Ale
  • Trim Tab
  • Yellowhammer

This event benefits Hand in Paw, a Birmingham non-profit providing animal-assisted therapy. They do amazing work around town and at local hospitals. Before moving to their permanent home in South Avondale, Hand in Paw was a neighbor to the J. Clyde for many years—so we’re very happy to have this opportunity to support them.

Please take a moment to learn about who they are and what they do. Once you do, I’m sure you’ll want to join us in raising a glass—or ten at the Cask Festival—to the power of good people volunteering their time and the power of our canine friends.

If you’re really motivated, you can even spend the morning of our Cask Festival running a 5K with your dog. That morning, Hand in Paw is conducting the 8th Annual Mutt Strut around town. What a great way to earn those beer brats you’ll be eating at the Cask Festival!

Please consider joining us on April 15th.
