American Craft Beer Week: Tuesday, Old Black Bear Tap Takeover
Each year, The J. Clyde has enjoyed being a part of the national celebration that is American Craft Beer Week (ACBW), and we are confident that this year will be the best yet. ACBW will be recognized May 13-19, 2013 and offers an exciting opportunity for small and independent craft brewers and the community of better beer retailers to celebrate the ever advancing beer culture here in the U.S. Plus, tens of thousands of today’s beer beginners, beer enthusiasts, and hard core beer geeks make time to toast the week. Make sure to keep an eye on our website and Facebook page for details on the events we have planned for each day of ACBW at the pub.
For the Tuesday edition of our ACBW event extravaganza, we will welcome Old Black Bear Brewing Company (OBB) to take over the pub for the night. For this event, we will be featuring a half dozen OBB offerings, and that includes a very special cask and a couple limited brews in the mix (full list below). Also, representatives from OBB will be present for a meet & greet throughout the event and there might even be some swag giveaways! Doing the math that comes to tasty beer + great company + cool stuff = one amazing Tuesday night.
This is going to be an awesome event, and we hope that you all can join us on Tuesday, May 14th to hang out with the folks of OBB and keep this American Craft Beer Week party going. See you all then!
