Well, the good folks at Good People Brewing have brewed up something special for you all.  Jason has brewed a Belgian Pale Ale which will be available at many places around the state very soon.  We will have a firkin of it on Friday, April 24th.

For reference-sake, Orval is an excellent example of a Belgian pale ale.  We carry a beer on draught called Brugse Zot - also a Belgian pale ale.  For those of you who’ve never had a Belgian ale, they are totally different than English and American counterparts.  The yeast is the thing that makes it.  When you’ve had a Belgian, you know it.

I am a Belgian fanatic as many of you know.  I joined Free the Hops in August of 2005 for one reason – to be able to drive down the street and buy a Belgian beer!
